“I’m the Biggest Baddest Negro this side of the Mason Dixon…” I’m the meanest, toughest Don Dada” These statements are funny and most of the time over exaggerated when you hear them but there is some truth to the ideology.
SuperBreeding stems from the days of Slavery when only the biggest, strongest men or the most fertile women would bear the children. Slave masters would pair 2 slaves together in an arranged “breeding session” with all intentions of creating offspring that bore the strength and tenacity of their fathers and would grow up to be great [tamable & trainable] slave workers like their fathers and mothers.
As we all know about slavery, lets go a step further and speak about the lineage of those slaves after slavery was abolished. As we were freed people, and victims of worldly judgement, we began to create our own set of “breeding” standards. Men became attracted to women who had wider hips which in turn sparks thoughts of being fertile. Women have been studied and results have shown that some of their selection is based on small things such as posture, stride, height and weight; all of these being factors of how strong a man is.
Recently, Emmitt Smith was on the TV show “Who Do You Think You Are” and found out about his heritage. Through DNA records and wills, marriage licenses and other documents the producers of the show traced Emmit Smith’s lineage back to slavery, where he found out his ancestors were bred by a family that also bred horses.
Do you think that it is a coincidence that Emmitt was a extraordinary athlete? I dont think so at all. His ancestors were the product of just what i mentioned; products of Superbreeding.
This is evident in many more stories than Emmitt. If you do not believe me, research for yourself the following items:
-How many NFL players come from Southern Florida by percentage compared to the rest of the US?
-How many Professional Athletes bear the names, Johnson, Brown & Smith compared to others?
- Blacks of exclusively West African ancestry make up 13 percent of the North American and Caribbean population but 40 percent of Major League baseball players, 70 percent of the NFL, and 85 percent of professional basketball.

American History, another violent and sad time in our country. Like Joseph being sold into slavery by his brothers, many slaves…sold too by their ‘brothers’, both black & white, lived through physical, mental & emotional violence, unspeakable horrors to survive. Our present time reflects mans abiilty to overcome, come through. Not without scars, deeply etched through decades of being denied basic humanity. Olaudah Equiano wrote powerful stories of his own life. For anyone who has not delved deeper into this part of our history: http://www.wsu.edu/~campbelld/amlit/slave.htm & of course, Google. Joseph of the bible, “shined” life into his starving family that tossed him away so casually. Martin Luther King is one of our modern day stars, a testament to SPIRITS power to overcome all mankinds attempt to deny. It’s good to be reminded, as painful as reality is. Lest we forget.

Maybe we should apply some of this “super-breeding” to the problems of today and breed some super-thinkers, super-planners, super-implementers to assist these super-star athletes and entertainers to apply their talents and resources to shifting our community out of our super-slump into super-success.

Sir are you implying that through the atrocity of slavery a race of “Super Blacks” were created, making them genetically superior to other races that have procreated by chance and not by science?

This is not a shining light on Slavery; nor is it a generalized statement for our entire race. It is the reciprocal after effect that has created a percentage of family lines that have popped up in careers not only in sports but probably in farmers, carpenters and other professions that require the dexterity and strength of prolonged physical labor.
